Te Rapa Rugby AGM 2014

Te Rapa Rugby Club is having their Annual General Meeting Sunday 2nd November 2014, 4pm. A reminder to all that in order to vote you must be a current member of Te Rugby Rugby Club.

Te Rapa U85kg's go back to back!

The Te Rapa U85kg team went back to back, winning the 2014 Championship 6-3 against Fraser Tech. The game was a very tense affair with both sides having opportunities to close out the game. Fraser Tech were awarded a kickable goal deep into Referee's time, but fortunatley for the home side, the kick went astray. The win sealed off another great season for the 85's winning all but two of their matches(1-L, 1-D).
The Senior Reserves couldn't quite match the efforts of their red n blue brothers going down 23-21 in their home final against Marist. Congratulations goes out to the C's for making the final and gaining auto promotion in next years competition.
Te Rapa Premiers needed a win over Matamata Sports to gain entry back into Waikato's Premier Competition, but fell short and will now play in Division one next season. It was a hard fought season for our premier side, but we all need to get in behind them for next season to have a chance at making it back to the top. #rednblues
